Bulb Bowls
Pöppelmann TEKU® T20 bulb bowls are injection-moulded plastic planting bowls designed primarily for flowering bulbs and other small plants such as alpines, bonsai, succulents or low-growing annuals. They’re part of the TEKU® “T” series of bowls, sized by diameter (in this case, 20 cm) and widely used in garden centres, nurseries, and by home gardeners for cultivation and display.
The T20 bowl is approximately 20 cm in diameter and 8.7cm deep, and typically holds about 1.65 litres of growing medium, making it suitable for small bulbs and compact plants. Made from rigid, injection-moulded plastic, these bowls are lightweight yet strong, designed for repeated seasonal use.
The base features multiple drainage holes that channel excess water away, preventing root rot and promoting healthy growth. At the same time, small feet elevate the bowl slightly to improve air circulation under the pot. They have a decorative outer surface and a rolled lip that adds strength and a finished look, making them suitable for display in greenhouses, on patios, or in retail settings.
Ideal for bulbs (like tulips or daffodils), herbs, alpines, succulents, and bonsai, these bowls work well for both cultivation and presentation.
