At Water-It, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — quickly and hassle-free.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy from the date you receive your order.
If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or simply aren’t happy, you can return your item within 30 days for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To cancel, simply email us at returns@water-it.uk. You then have 14 days to return the item. We will refund:
- The full cost of the item(s)
- The cost of standard delivery (premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable)
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy:
Email us at returns@water-it.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with simple return instructions
- Send the item back to us
- We’ll process your refund promptly once it arrives
- Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, so we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course cover the return cost. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it free of charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos so we can resolve it quickly. We aim to make this process fast and stress-free.
