The Claber 8545 Aquastop Hose Connector is an "Ergogrip automatic coupling for hoses with 1/2 (12-17 mm) - 5/8 (14-19 mm) diameter, unique rubber-covered surface for a perfect grip. Rustproof (no metal parts) and shockproof, it is resistant to the elements, UV rays, and very high pressures, up to 40 bar. It features an automatic water-shutoff valve at the end of the hose, and water flow stops when the coupling is disconnected.
