What it costs…
All of our products have only three postage rates; Royal Mail Larger Letter @ £1.50, Royal Mail Small / Medium Parcel @ £3.90 and for large bulky items we use a reputable courier such as DPD, UPS or Hermes with a maximum charge of £12.00. If you order more than one item we will consolidate the items and levy one postage charge.
When you order…
Please give us your email address and phone number. We can then let you know when your order is dispatched and the date delivery is due.
If you have a special request about delivery, please email 0800 9788879. We’ll be happy to help if we can.
In rare cases, we may have to refuse an order. We’ll let you know if this applies to you, and if you’ve already paid we’ll give you a full refund.
When we receive your order…
We pack your items carefully, using quality packing materials that are tried and tested for home delivery. That way, we can be confident that your package will arrive safely.
If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, we dispatch your item the same day. If you order after that time, or your item is big or bulky, we dispatch the next working day.
Who delivers your goods…
Most other packages are delivered by the Royal Mail 24 tracked. Big or bulky items are delivered by a reputable courier company, such as DPD, UPS or Hermes.
Please let us know what you’d like the courier to do if you’re not in. For example, they could leave your package in a safe place, or with a neighbour who would be happy to look after it for you. We will follow any specific delivery instructions you provide, but please note it’s at your own risk, we are not liable for any costs you may incur if delivery is delayed or fails.
If your order is very large, heavy or bulky, it may be delivered on a pallet. The driver will lower the pallet to ground level at the kerb to unload. The surface must be flat and level, such as tarmacadam or concrete. The tail-lift vehicle will not operate on grass, gravel or dirt surfaces, so they won’t deliver to back gardens etc. Before dispatch, we will contact you to discuss the logistics of pallet deliveries.
When your item arrives…
If the item is faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long it takes…
Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery usually takes one to days after dispatch. We’ll always let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you need something urgently, please see our Get it fast page.
NEED IT FAST ?
If you’re buying a last-minute gift, or you just can’t wait, please let us know when you order. Where possible, we’ll dispatch your goods on the same day. For Urgent Orders, please phone 0333 050 6479 we may be able to offer a Guaranteed Next Day delivery service, this may cost a little more but you will have peace of mind that you will receive your goods fast.
Are you local?
If your delivery address is local to us in Beckenham or in London Borough of Bromley, we may even be able to deliver the very same day!
We will happily accept returns for any product within 30 days of the purchase date. We will also pay the return postage should the item be faulty or the wrong item has been received. In all other cases, the buyer will pay for the return postage.
However, do please contact us before returning the goods as an alternative solution might be more acceptable to you.
